There are drastic differences. Wildcat, Valravn, Blade and Blunt, Ultimate Combat, and Valhalla Combat all work and feel substantially different from one another. It has responsive dodge rolls, procedural leaning, grip changing, mid-air combat, striking with staffs, dual-wielding two-handed weapons, 1st & 3rd person weapon animations, and more. And its own requirements.

My hope with this post is that people who also struggle to make CGO (Combat Gameplay Overhaul) work can see this and fix it. No matter what I did, CGO just did not want to work ; dodge not working, grip change not working at all, no mid air melee attacks, nothing worked correctly, if it even worked.

Read the Nexus mod page for Combat Gameplay Overhaul. The author stated at the end that CGO is incompatible with FNIS and you should use Nemesis instead.
